En definitiva, conocer la productividad de nuestros t\u00e9cnicos y de todo nuestro servicio t\u00e9cnico.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h1>Primeros Pasos<\/h1>\n<p>Luego de obtener la actualizaci\u00f3n, necesitamos configurar algunos aspectos b\u00e1sicos para que SGTaller pueda realizar correctamente los c\u00e1lculos.<\/p>\n<h2>Establecer el Horario Laboral<\/h2>\n<p>El informe calcular\u00e1 el tiempo de productividad laboral tomando en cuenta este horario, de lunes a viernes. Es importante especificarlo en el formato hh:mm (24 hs).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sgtaller.com\/ayuda\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/horario_laboral.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \u00abNinguno\u00bb analizaremos todos los t\u00e9cnicos de nuestro servicio t\u00e9cnico).<\/li>\n<li>Tipo de orden: en taller o servicio t\u00e9cnico a domicilio.<\/li>\n<li>Si filtramos por fecha de ingreso o fecha de terminado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pre>Debemos tener en cuenta que,\u00a0si seleccionamos dos estados, y la orden analizada no \"paso\" por este estado, no tendr\u00e1 registros para
